Transfer Station Permits for FY 2026-2027 will be available for purchase at the Transfer Station on Wednesdays and weekends in July with the following exceptions: July 18th from 12pm-4pm and NO SALES on July 4th (Transfer Station closed) or July 15th.
Please note: Only one permit per household will be issued at the Transfer Station. Additional permits must be obtained at the Eastford Town Office Building. Please allow a minimum of 24 hours before obtaining your second permit from the Town Office Building to ensure we received a copy of this documentation.
*Transfer Station permits are sold by Town employees at the transfer station as a convenience for residents. Please be patient and courteous when purchasing a sticker. Attendants reserve the right to refuse permit sales to individuals who are rude or disrespectful.
Permits may also be purchased from the Town Clerk's Office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 10am-12pm and 1pm-4pm and on the second and fourth Tuesday each month from 10am-12pm and 1pm-6:30pm.

Hazardous Waste Materials:
Hazardous materials must be taken to the MidNEROC Household Chemical Waste Drop-Off Facility located on 60 Hancock Road in Willington.
The facility is open 9 am to 2 pm on the third Saturday of each month from mid-April to mid-October. For further information, call them at 860-965-1910.
